Airport Service
If you have no luggage, call for an Seattle Towncar Dispatch, giving the airline name and your name. Go outside on the ticketing level, look overhead for your airlines name and wait there.
If you have luggage, we recommend you pick it up first, then call for an Seattle Towncar Dispatch. Proceed upstairs to the ticketing level, go outside, look overhead for your airlines name and wait there.
In most cases it should be no more than three to ten minutes for the towncar to arrive.
You will see many towncars dropping off and driving by you. Not all towncars are licensed to pick up at the airport. Please wait for the one that has been assigned your pickup. The assigned towncar will come to the airline you told the call taker and ask for you by name.
The Port of Seattle operates the Seattle-Tacoma airport. The port police will not allow a vehicle to wait more than five minutes on the ticketing level, so if it takes you longer than you expected to get upstairs please call back and tell the call taker that you have asked for a towncar at your airline and you are slightly delayed. The call taker can then inform the towncar assigned for your pickup that you are delayed and he should make a circle if he has sat for his allotted time.
Thank you for your cooperation.
