Seattle Towncar Dispatch was collectively formed by a number of Seattle area professional towncar owners. The purpose of this association was to operate a full-service towncar  dispatch company, since named Seattle Town car Dispatch Company.

The goal of the entire company is to provide a superior level of service to it's customers in the Greater Seattle-King County area, while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. In order to maintain these goals, the cooperative members have committed themselves and Seattle Towncar Dispatch to:

1. Providing reliable, prompt and courteous service to its customers;
2. Providing clean, immaculate towncars inside and out;
3. Using attractive, mechanically safe, late model cars;
4. Maintain a high level of customer relations and satisfaction.
